Event Manager

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading events company in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Event Manager. Reporting to the COO you will be responsible for lead & managing the successful planning and execution (to time, scope and budget) of the entire logistics of conferences and events in the UAE and worldwide, maintain existing and develop new relationships with the industry to secure the best value options for venues services and suppliers, management of all conference costs within budget, accurate and timely completion of event budgets in the month they take place and,ensure that all conferences have the correct licences in place by overseeing the collation of required documentation across the department and timely submission of ticketing information to the DTCM for the UAE.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of three years experience as an Events Manager within a B2B company
