About the Client:
Abu Dhabi based premier hospitality service provider in the UAE
Job Description:
• Oversee all production and technical aspects of an event, from directing production staff to testing equipment to managing the control room. Ensure the set-up and working order of all audio-visual equipment and work closely with technical directors to implement their vision.
• Execute and plan content and work on content themes, sourcing speakers etc.
• Developing concepts and ideas for the event, overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.
• Perform initial site inspections and test all equipment to ensure that the venue is adequate and the equipment functions up to standard
• Responsible for contracting vendors and staffing of all sorts, from venues to AV equipment to catering to talent.
• They implement the original vision for the event by hiring appropriate vendors and searching for talent and technical staff who can do the job according to the needs of the directors
• Responsible for developing and overseeing the event’s budget and handling quantitative and technical duties while also using their eye for design to implement the visual aspects of an event.
Requirements
Position Title: Event Producer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in related role preferably from hospitality or f&b industry
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
