Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
• Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the projects.
• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
• Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers.
• Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.
• Develop event communication plans
• Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.
• Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings.
• Monitor projects progress and budget.

Requirements

• Community focused Events experience
• Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
