Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing and manage internal and external events, sponsorships and showroom branding/displays. S/He works closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, event management, production, sales, aftersales, procurement and distribution/logistics.

Core Responsibilities
• Develop an annual event and sponsorship plan and budget in line with AMA’s objectives and Nissan Middle East activities; ensure there is zero overspend when it comes to event budget planning
• Drive, focus and ensure a high-quality output at all events executed across AMA, Nissan, INFINITI, Renault, After Sales and Auto Central.
• Act as a brand custodian and ensure that all events AMA is a part of is in line with each respective brand ethos and guidelines, including Auto Central future branding/events/sponsorships
• Work closely with Procurement to secure event management agencies, source branding and production, promoters, etc.
• Work closely with the Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to ensure respective brand guideline compliance and synergies
• Conduct thorough and comprehensive site and venue visits in order to understand possibilities and restrictions of upcoming events and issues briefs based on findings
• Coordinate post event activities such as press releases briefing with our office on all events to amplify coverage.
• Monitor event marketing spend against the approved budget on a monthly basis and keep accurate tracking records.
• Own and tracks the lead capture process at all events and ensure they are shared with respective showrooms, service centers in order to increase the potential for sale or services rendered. Clear KPIs set before each event for tracking and performance purposes.
• Liaise with the Nissan Middle East office on a regular basis on all topics related to Nissan events and sponsorships.
• Ensure that the production and execution of all marketing materials are in-line with the brand and AMA’s standards.
• Update the Head of Marketing on a monthly basis, reporting key tasks and accomplishments.
• Prepare the brief presentation & budget sheet for each event activity to obtain the necessary approval(s) for execution.
• Prepare comprehensive post event report at the end of each event including qualitative and quantitative feedback analysis, ROI, learnings photos and video wrap

Requirements:

• Self-Management Responsibilities
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Head of Marketing and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
• Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Head of Marketing to ensure that the required training courses are arranged and attended.
• Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.

Background & Experience (years)
• 4 years of experience in the area of events management working on global and/or regional brands (automotive is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of current and new event production and digital techniques/executions
• Proven ability to work independently and with others
• Proven ability to develop on brand event output and productions
• Proven capabilities in the local and regional markets
• MS Office skills

Minimum Education
• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)

Language Requirements
• English – Fluent (required)
• Arabic (preferred)

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
