Company Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading F&B company who are hiring an Events Manager to be based in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all requirements for events from concept to execution.
• Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and meet their expectations.
• Manage on-site execution of events ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supplier and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Provide reports, analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 - 10 years of event management experience within the hospitality or F&B industry in the UAE.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules.
