Job description / Role
• Managing Brand Presence in events.
• Creating brand activation ideas for the events.
• Collaborating with regional and international events as per each brand's target audience.
• Managing existing and bringing new brand ambassadors for each brands.
• Partnering with academies, clubs, schools and associations to build brand image.
• Coordination with multiple local and international suppliers for product printing and advertising.
• Coordination with social media representative with right accounts and assets to use.
• Negotiation with event partners and suppliers.
• Coordination with Merchandizing team with branding production.
• Managing event budgets and cost sheets.
• Preparing Sponsorship contracts.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
• Project Management skills with ability to juggle multiple partners and excel in a lean and demanding work environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional Negotiation Skills and decision making skills with proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire teams.
• Exceptional in Microsoft Office.
Personal Skills:
• Ability to Collaborate, Active Listener and should show Relationship Building skills.
• Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Marketing, PR and Advertising.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
• Will be able to join immediately.
