Employment: Full Time

Description:
* As an Assistant Manager Events Planning, you are responsible for managing all meeting and events in the hotel in line with Park Hyatt standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations,responsible for executing and handling banquet business so that banquet facilities are utilized to maximize revenue whilst ensuring customer satisfaction with all functions booked.

Requirements

Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years' experience at an Events Executive level or higher in a 5* hotel within Dubai.
* Strong understanding of other departments within the Hospitality Industry.
* Ability to constantly meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure, demonstrate effective leadership skills.
* Ability to negotiate at an advanced level, open to express thoughts verbally, good listening skills.
* Strategic thinking, organized and can follow policies and procedures with attention to details.
* Envision and opera knowledge.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, creative and confident.

About the Company
