Events Sales Executive

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a well-known media and production company in Dubai.

In this position you would be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event sales targets.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the UAE events industry to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and opportunities within the UAE events industry.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the client base and promote services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to ensure performance meets targets.

- Proven experience in event sales within the UAE, with a solid understanding of the local market.
- Strong network of contacts within the UAE events industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
