Executive Assistant to the Chairman Salary 25k+ plus benefits
The purpose of this position is to provide EA / secretarial support to the Chairman of a global organization, ensuring diaries are managed and up to date, all travel arrangements are organised, meetings arranged and clients constantly receive quality of service.
This role requires a high level of communication to ensure client relationships are maintained and developed and to ensure the chairman has the relevant information in advance of meetings and/or travel.
The desired candidate will be proficient in Advanced Microsoft office as there will be a need to produce PowerPoint presentations, letters, reports, tenders and billings.
Our client is looking for somebody who will be able to keep the Chairman fully informed but also to tackle any issues with their own initiative, providing solutions to issues and recommend new ideas for efficiency and effectiveness. There will be a need to attend meetings, which may require coming in early/finishing late, taking minutes, typing and filing these accurately and distributing to the appropriate professional.
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
An ideal candidate must have proven PA / secretarial experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment. Excellent organisational, communication, events organisation.
It is essential that you have supported at Partner level or equivalent and you must be flexible with working hours, as there may be a need to attend meetings or finish assignments.
