Executive Assistant

Job description / Role

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally bright and polished Executive assistant to join this private international firm based in Dubai.

This impressive role will require impeccable attention to detail in managing complex and changing diaries, arranging and managing comprehensive international travel itineraries. You will also be required to provide full administrative support.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you shall be responsible for a variety of duties and posess the following skills:

Conserving the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.

Competent and Punctual.

Be an Independent thinker.

Be used to working with a high level of confidentiality.

Be confident arranging international meetings and travel arrangements.

Drafting letters and documents.

Collecting and analyzing information.

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text and data.

Minimum 4 years experience as an PA or EA

We are looking for a British educated and native English speaking Candidate.
