Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our clients a multi-national organisation within the financial services and advisory field based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
This position will act as the administrative point for between two to three Senior team members; typical duties will include: arranging extensive travel, applying for any necessary foreign visas, coordinating the logistics and putting together an accurate itinerary. Scheduling meetings as requested, booking meeting rooms, put together agendas and all documentation required for the meeting. Coordinate all necessary meeting logistics, arrange catering if required, ensure video conference is set up if required. Complete weekly time and expense reports.
Provide telephone coverage for internal and external calls; take messages; follow up on voicemail recordings in a timely manner. Coordinate internal and external announcements as requested. Carry out research tasks as directed by the Partners. Review, sort and prioritise email and regular mail. Provide all other general administrative support, such as; copy, bind and fax documents; update, process and distribute records and rosters; and create and maintain filing systems.
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

The successful candidate will be a native English speaker, with a solid background in administration and secretarial support. Preferably from a corporate background within consulting, financial services, banking or legal sectors where you provide multi support to high level individuals. You will be highly computer literate, familiar with the use of Microsoft office packages. You will be a friendly team player with excellent communication skills, professionally presented, able to multi-task and use own initiative.
