Charterhouse is working with a multinational pharmaceutical company based in Dubai who is looking to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Director.
This role will involve complex diary management, drafting correspondence, arranging client meetings and private events, travel arrangements as well as day-to-day office management. You will be required to work effectively and push back when required as well as having the ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate should be a highly experienced Executive Assisting working to C-level/VP level holding 5+ years UAE experience in a multinational company. Previous or current pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial.
