Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a Dubai based oil and gas company we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of secretarial and general office duties in the assigned function or support group, this includes taking dictation, typing in English, receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining confidential and general files, arranging appointments and other social functions, arrange management meetings which includes booking venues, typing and circulating agendas, preparing the Managers file fo the meeting by including required notes and documents and carry out other duties required
AED 15000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: medical/flight and school fees ( up to 3 children)
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have completed 12 years education and be in receipt of a formal secretarial/office management diploma or certification Have a minimum of 3 years UAE experience working as a corporate EA at a international or multinational company, have the ability to type 50-60 WPM and knowledge of office practices, processes and computer software
