Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a Dubai based group of companies that are based on SZR we are looking to recruit a Executive Assistant/ Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for manage the office and the MD's diary, planning and organising meetings, travel arrangements, diary management, support the MD with ad hoc projects, conducting research, liaising with external media agencies, drafting proposals, presentation and letters, manage facilities, licences, running personal errands, great and welcome visitors, arrange and managing fit out for personal properties, personal shopping, booking of personal appointments
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated, have 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, 3 of which must be in the UAE, have a UAE driving licence with a typing speed of 60-70WPM.
