Job description / Role
An Executive Assistant with C-Suite exposure is now required to support an UHNWI at the pinnacle of his career. This role requires the successful individual to be exceptionally hands on and fully involved with all business support on a 24/7 basis, as you will support a highly dedicated individual with high energy levels and expectations of his team.
Reporting to the Senior Private Assistant you will further enhance the profile of your principal in many ways, including ensuring his time is managed with precision and assisting with several ongoing projects at any one time. Therefore, you should constantly anticipate his needs in order for him to continue to work at speed and to feel fully supported by yourself and his Senior PA, who will handle all personal itineraries, banking and cash transactions.
Global travel will be frequent and with last minute itinerary changes, so it is imperative that you forge strong relationships with both commercial airlines, private aircraft staff and the best hotels. At meetings you will be present to provide document and minute taking and the following up of any actions as required, to ensure all deadlines are met. This role may include very occasional travel, so those who are flexible to do so are encouraged to apply. Additionally, there is a very strong administrative element to the role, including writing briefs and speeches, creating complex presentations and managing internal and external communication, as well as tracking and submitting all financial reimbursements. Additionally, research, analysis and project management play a large part, where you will be required to collate data and feasibility analysis.
The Successful candidate will require a highly robust and energetic personality, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar all-encompassing EA role. You will be a highly effective communicator and able to adapt to change quickly and on an ongoing basis. It is imperative that you have exceptionally high expectations of yourself and others in order to manage the principal to the best of your ability and anticipate his need, even before he is aware of it. This is therefore not an average 9-5 role and we expect that candidates at this level will be fully aware of this and have the flexibility to manage it with absolute professionalism.
