Job description / Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative & organizational tasks to support our company’s executive founders. To be successful in this role, you should be very well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. The executive assistant’s main responsabilities include: acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners; managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings, and preparing expense reports.
Requirements
To be a successful executive assistant, you should have oustanding time management and organizational skills. You need to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support the executive leaders. You must think independently to make decisions under pressure, and you need to have very strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to share information with their supervisor efficiently and effectively. You should have a strong familiarity with office gadgets and applications for time & project management. And you should be able to work in terms of discretion and confidentiality.
