Role Summary:
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services within the Consulting Line of Service will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to the PwC leadership team. You’ll use business software applications to prepare reports, receive and direct incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arrange business travel, track expenses, and coordinate meeting arrangements.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the firm’s Chief Executive Officer the Executive Assistant’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing superior administrative support when performing the following duties:

• Manage CEO’s diaries, and personal affairs and respond to inquiries
• Proactively prepare correspondence in accordance with firm standards
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and proposals and complete various other ad hoc projects
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
• Maintain documents and control access to internal databases
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
• Research, collect, organize and distribute information for internal and external meetings
• Take and transcribe minutes of meetings
• Coordinate executive seminars, business meetings, and travel arrangements

Requirements

• 9 +years’ experience in an administrative role
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related administrative field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with a professional services firm preferred
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to compose and produce grammatically correct correspondence
• Prioritize and share multiple workloads between different levels of management
• Pleasant manner and ability to work harmoniously with a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
