Position Title: Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Managing the MD’s workflow and priorities by managing his schedule (including appointments and travel) and anticipating steps ahead
• Preparing for and following up on internal and external meetings, including preparation of presentations as appropriate
• Supporting the MD’s attendance and participate in a range of external meets through filing and timely provision of minutes, agendas, and supporting documents
• Serving as primary liaison for administrative support, including meeting coordination and preparation, pre-read composition, meeting minutes, and liaison for Department Heads and Direct Reporting
• Keeping MD’s eyes on key performance indicators, by gathering insight against key deliverables in strategic plan and KPIs for each domain reporting to MD
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 7 years of experience in related role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
