Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with a global investment bank who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant within their Abu Dhabi Offices. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a global leading organisation within an affable and professional working environment.
This role is extremely varied and will see you providing administrative support to the CEO within a fast-paced office environment. Your main responsibilities will include diary and email management as well as proofreading emails, producing documents, reports and presentations. In addition, you will schedule meetings and conference calls as well as handle complex travel arrangements. You will work closely with other members of staff and liaise directly with clients, suppliers and shareholders on a regular basis. In addition, you will carry out any ad hoc duties where necessary to ensure the efficient operations of the team.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record providing high level administrative and professional services support. Previous experience working within Financial Services is beneficial although not essential. It is crucial that you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written due to a high volume of correspondence from various markets and regions. You must be a dedicated individual with exceptional organisational skills, hardworking and able to meet deadlines accordingly.
