Charterhouse is working with an Investment Firm in Abu Dhabi, who is looking to hire a professional Executive Assistant to support and work closely with a C Level Executive. It is preferred by our client that the candidate has experience already in a similar role.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to the CIO. Responsibilities of this role will include complex diary management, overseas travel arrangements, booking meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging corporate events.
You will also take part in greeting and welcoming clients or guests into the business, answering phone calls and responding to queries where possible, as well as managing correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports. Due to working closely with the CIO, you may handle highly confidential information, so must be a loyal and trustworthy individual. You will also handle other administrative duties and support the office where required.
This varied position requires an Executive Assistant who comes from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should be a presentable with a professional approach and have a career history as an Administration Assistant supporting C-Level Executives. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
You should be highly motivated and a result driven individual with excellent team working skills. It is essential to have proficient MS Office skills, outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic is an advantage but not essential. You should have a can-do approach and professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
