We are delighted to work with our international investment client, as they seek to recruit an Executive Assistant to join the support team and provide full one-to-one assistance to one of the Managing Directors. This is a very dynamic environment, with lots of moving parts. As part of a close knit EA support team, you will have strong values and drive and enjoy a collaborative, team centric work approach.
Based in the firm’s central DIFC offices, you will independently manage the highly comprehensive travel schedule and diary of the MD, ensuring a proactive response to potential logistical problems that may occur well in advance. You will be able to prioritize and use discretion to manage the conflicting demands that the C-Suite Executives have and act as an effective gatekeeper for him. You will provide core administrative support, encompassing, research, presentation work and international event production.
Requirements:
This role is a diverse role, where the EA will be required to significantly juggle responsibilities and also take on adhoc support to his team as required. We are looking for that special all-rounder who can embrace the administrative challenges of supporting a world class office across multiple time zones and with the flexibility required on occasion regarding working outside of hours, hence candidates should demonstrate humility and adaptability.
This is a senior role, and we are seeking a mature, professional EA with demonstrated stability on their CV and experience in supporting at C-Suite level. We are specifically focusing attention on those candidates who have experience ideally within the private wealth / investment banking sector. The successful candidate will have a high degree of integrity and professional discretion with superb time management and organizational ability.
