Supporting a Senior Director of this private wealth group based in DIFC, this EA opportunity offers great growth potential for a junior EA who is perhaps seeking that second role.
Reporting to this dynamic, positive and high energy individual who oversees the HR and Operational functions of the business, the role will be varied, engaging and providing full oversight of the business. As it sits within the confines of HR, confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are key as you will be liaising with staff at all levels and have access to highly confidential and sensitive information. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Key responsibilities will include meeting management and workload organization, accurate minute taking, maintenance of action logs, complex and confidential diary management and significant reporting. You will be proactive and provide seamless support to manage business schedules and tasks, acting as a strong gatekeeper at all times to the Director.
There are many internal events and employee engagement and Learning & Development activities to organize, and the PA will be expected to offer input on ideas for this, alongside the actual implementation. There will be representation of the business in a professional, formal but understanding way to ensure strong relationship development with all stakeholders, business partners and employees at all levels.
