Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Luxury Firm within Interior Design, who is looking to hire a professional Executive Assistant to support and work closely with the CEO. In this role, you will coordinate with other offices within the Middle East, therefore an Arabic Speaker is required for this position.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to the CEO. Responsibilities of this role will include complex diary management, international travel arrangements, booking meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging corporate events. You will also take part in greeting and welcoming clients or guests into the business, answering phone calls and responding to queries where possible, as well as managing correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
Due to working closely with the CEO, you will handle highly confidential information, manage event/function co-ordination and may be required to complete other administrative responsibilities. In addition, you will also support the office with administration tasks when required.
This dynamic position requires an Executive Assistant who comes from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should be presentable with a professional approach, have a career history as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
You should be highly motivated and a result driven individual with excellent team working skills. It is essential to have proficient MS Office skills along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. French will also be an advantage for this role. You should have a can-do approach and professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
