Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Trading Company, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to a C-Level Executive. This is a demanding role handling a variety of tasks and will also include travelling on occasions across the Middle East, therefore it will suit somebody who can be flexible.
The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to a C-level executive whilst working within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this role will include extensive diary management, complex travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will review and prepare correspondence including emails, presentations and reports, will oversee and ensure smooth operations of the C-Suite Office, including the management of office supplies, vendor coordination and office logistics.
Alongside the above, this role will involve collaborating with other departments supporting them with administrative tasks where required and you will also be responsible for organising events. As a trusted employee working closely with senior management, this role will entail handling confidential information, therefore, a proven track record as a loyal employee is essential.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should be a well-presented and professional Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally working within a corporate organisation. To apply for this position, the ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and results driven individual, with excellent organisational skills, a strong team player with the ability to work well on your own within a fast-paced environment. It is essential for this role that the candidate have a proven track record providing high-level service. Exceptional communication, written and verbal skills in English and Arabic is a necessity.
