Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading and well-established communications business that is undergoing a growth period. Due to continued investment within projects, our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Executive Assistant to support the Chairman.
As the Executive Assistant, you will have complete autonomy from the outset. You will be expected to take control of the Chairman's hectic schedule and utilise his time in the most effective way. As well as organising his diary and travel arrangements, you will be responsible for compiling management packs for board meetings as well as producing reports and presentations. In addition, you will handle the Chairman's private requirements to include managing properties, personal staff and any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working at C-Level within a multinational company. You should possess exceptional organisational skills. This is a busy, fast-paced environment and you should be capable and willing to take on extra responsibility to support the business. It is essential you are a fluent Arabic speaker for this position.
