Charterhouse is working with a leading financial services company based in the DIFC. Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to their CEO.
You will handle all aspects of the CEOs corporate as well as personal matters. Your day-to-day duties will involve organising complex travel arrangements for the CEO and other Executives. You will also provide full administrative support to the CEO which will include preparing all of his internal / external correspondence such as letters, reports and any other communication to the wider business.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience working at C-level within a legal/finance/banking or professional services industry background. It is essential that you are meticulous when it comes to diary management and travel itineraries. You should preferably be a native English speaker and be western educated.
