Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a reputed international bank with strong presence in the GCC region, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experience Executing Assistant to provide support to the Regional Head of Corporate Finance.
Your mission:
• Taking care of all administrative and organisational tasks related to the daily activities of the Head
• Looking after travel arrangements, expenses, daily, incoming emails and calls
• Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the Head
• Providing administrative support on business activities, ad hoc projects, client management
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant gained at a multinational company
• Previous banking experience in the DIFC is highly preferred
• Previous international working experience is highly preferred
• High attention to detail, proactive and hands on working approach
• Strong presentation and communication skills
