Position Title: Executive Assistant cum Admin
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Abu Dhabi based premier hospitality service provider in the UAE
Job Description:
• Manage the schedules and communications of key company executives
• Responsible for minutes of the meetings, prioritizing emails, filtering phone calls and visitors, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and an efficient problem solver
• Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationality
• Female, 27 to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role preferably from hospitality industry
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• Proficient in using MS Office with excellent communication skills in English
• Has proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
