Position Title: Executive Assistant cum Marketing Executive
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An independent physical commodities trading company based in Dubai with a disruptive approach to the market.
Job Description:
• Work closely with CEO to develop the brand, range of products of the company as well as marketing through a CRM software and social media accounts of the organization (official website, YouTube and IG)
• Suggest platforms to use, materials needed for marketing, standard process on branding and coordinate with agencies and or partners for branding and marketing events.
• Manage social media contents, digital communities and public comments website along with company podcast through digital contents and materials as approved by the CEO.
• Manage and support CEO through accomplishing admin tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, documentation, and PRO tasks.
• Arrange meetings, conferences and managing business visitors by preparation and presentation of materials and taking minutes of the meetings with the CEO.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Native English Speaker, European and Filipino nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor of Business Administration or other related fields
• Should have at least 4 years’ experience related to retail marketing
• Should have international experience/exposure in marketing using CRM System and social media platform
