Job description / Role
We are looking for Executive Assistant to support our CEO with Secretarial tasks and assist the Chief Risk Officer in Compliance and MLRO duties.
- Perform secretarial/administrative duties that include Calendar management, detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents, reports , memos etc. for meetings.
- Facilitate communication with the Board of Directors, Clients, staff and consultants as required.
- Record, transcribe and distribute , Notices, Minutes and Resolutions for corporate meetings.
- Assist the Chief Risk Officer in implementing the company's policies and procedures.
- Assume responsibility as Deputy MLRO in the absence of the company's MLRO and compliance Officer
- Support other Senior managers' in secretarial tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of Secretarial experience to senior managers in an Insurance or re-insurance companies
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Compliance, AML, CDD or related topics.
- Experience with DFSA regulations
- Good knowledge of Compliance and Legal
- Prior work experience in DIFC companies preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point.
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be a strong advantage
- Excellent Communication , Organization ,planning skills, judgment and decision making ability.
- Should be proactive and attention to detail.
- Should be a team player and flexible to work in a small team.
