Job description / Role
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership and oversee logistics for our elite events.
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury event management or conference coordination, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, exclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to The Aurum Circle’s Office Manager.
- Organize and manage logistics for private dinners, investor networking events, and high-end gatherings.
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and service providers to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence with VIP guests, sponsors, and partners.
- Assist in creating event materials, invitations, and post-event reports.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Event Coordinator, ideally in luxury events, conferences, or private clubs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, event tools, and CRM platforms.
- Professional demeanour, with a client-first approach suited to UHNW environments.
