Executive Assistant (French Speaker)

Charterhouse is working with a renowned organisation in the Financial Services Industry, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to a Senior Partner in their Dubai Office.
This is a demanding role and will see you juggling a variety of tasks, therefore, this role would suit somebody who thrives within a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and able to prioritise their work accordingly, preferably with Financial Services experience.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support to a Senior Partner whilst working within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include extensive diary management for very busy diaries, complex international travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management.
Alongside this, you will review and prepare correspondence including Emails, PowerPoint Presentations and Reports. You may also be required to take on some responsibilities under the assistant relationship manager, including onboarding and liaising with clients and maintaining accounts. Knowledge of KYC documentation and guidelines is an advantage for this role.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should be a well-presented corporate Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within Financial Services. To apply for this position, you must be a highly motivated and results driven individual, with excellent organisational skills, a strong team player with the ability to work well on your own within a fast-paced environment.
It is essential for this role that you have a proven track record providing high-level service and you should have exceptional communication written and verbal skills in English and French to 100% proficiency. Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential.
