Position Title: Executive Assistant - Hospitality
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and uniform
Benefits: all benefits mandated by UAE labor law plus airline ticket

A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

Job Description:
• Provides administration support, arrange and coordinate meetings and management of the MD.
• Prepare and issue correspondence and communication in an efficient manner on behalf of the MD
• Initiate and raise P&C requests through SAP as well as Service Entry when invoices are received.
• Participate in and record minutes from the weekly operations meeting and daily briefing attended by Head of Departments.

Qualifications:
• Female, 25 to 38 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years experience on similar job within hospitality
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, SAP and bookkeeping are a must
