Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience within a similar reception role in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work under pressure and use initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Educated to national accredited standard or degree level desirable
