Position Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A private family office providing administrative and advisory services.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Chairman, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, personal errands and family matters
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required (including bio’s, resumes, profiles and presentations)
• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, meeting memos/summaries, and announcements.
• Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and coordinate with office accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless operation.
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager, experience in both is a plus
• Experience in handling KYC, AML, and legal documents
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
