A superb opportunity has arisen for a career focused individual to support the dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO of this highly successful organization. This role will support at both the corporate and strategic level and will also manage extensive private interests for the family.
Based in Dubai, the role is a direct 1:1 position for the Founder & CEO and will be the liaison between him and his Executive team; the interface with internal and external stakeholders and ensures a strong corporate rhythm is maintained. The EA will ensure the effective management of his internal and external agenda, prioritizing and using discretion to manage demands and acting as gatekeeper, collate information from the Executive team and coordinate on Board and ExCom meetings. Comprehensive itineraries and briefs will need to be produced for all meetings and candidates will know how to schedule Town Halls and manage multi time zone meetings.
The corporate and private world of the CEO are very intertwined and there is significant travel across both areas that will require close management and monitoring, as plans can change very quickly. A diverse role, you will be required to significantly juggle responsibilities, hence we are looking for that special all-rounder who can embrace the administrative challenges of supporting corporately, a very successful CEO in conjunction with the private aspects of his UHNW status and everything that entails. This will include managing the private residences globally, management and oversight of all the Household staff, project management and communication and liaison with private bankers, wealth management professionals and family lawyers.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of five years’ experience who have worked for UHNW business owners previously and who understand the demands and energy required to work at this level. Candidates will be experienced working globally and in a fast paced entrepreneurial rhythm, showing resourcefulness and intuition and who possess a native command of English, with fluency in French advantageous.
