Job description / Role
Swisslinx Executive Search has been mandated to source an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO joining our client’s prestigious office in Abu Dhabi.
The job responsibilities will include:
• First point of contact for the CEO’s office
• Taking care of all administrative and organizational tasks related to the daily activities of the CEO
• Extensive schedule management
• Looking after travel arrangements, expenses, daily, incoming emails and calls
• Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the CEO
Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
• 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant at C level (ideally having supported a CEO before)
• Excellent command with Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• University Degree
