Position Title: EA to Chairman
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based full service firm driving complete design & build solutions across MENA region, within energy, education, agriculture, and other industries.
Job Description:
• Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and project teams.
• Monitor the progress of various strategic projects by maintaining project dashboards, reviewing timelines. provide regular updates to the Chairman on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
• Draft, review, and manage sensitive and high-level communications on behalf of the Chairman.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all executive matters with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Open to European Nationalities aged 45 years old and below
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or coordination role, preferably in a project-based, construction, education industry
