Position Title: Executive Assistant to COO
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Description:
• Manage the COO’s calendar, travel, and communications while handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Draft and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence, coordinate meetings and company events.
• Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and support project execution across departments.
• Liaise with stakeholders, support decision-making through research, and manage budgets, invoices, and expenses.
Requirements:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role supporting C-level executives
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
