Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities

2. Project Management Framework --
• Define Objectives: Clearly understand and document the project goals.
• Scope Management: Determine and manage the scope of the project to avoid scope creep.
• Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources efficiently, including time, budget, and personnel.
3. Planning and Execution --
• Project Plan: Develop a comprehensive project plan with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and Control: Regularly monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
4. Tools and Techniques --
• Project Management Software: Tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project can help track progress and manage tasks.
• Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective communication.
• Data Analysis: Tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
5. Reporting and Documentation --
• Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to the President on project status, challenges, and successes.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities for future reference and accountability.

Requirements:

Role - EA to Director
Qualification - Engineering Graduate + MBA (Understanding of Finance will get the advantage)
Experience - + 6 Years
Location - Dubai
