Supporting the Managing Director, between offices internationally, you will manage a mixture of corporate and private work for him and his immediate family. The role will maximize the MD’s time, ensuring travel itineraries are well thought out and researched properly. Diary management from both a personal and corporate perspective will be complex and require significant attention to detail. Additionally, there will be considerable liaison between other C-suite management executives and multi time zone organization of Executive Committee and Board meetings.
The Managing Director has a demanding schedule and a very heavy workload; hence we are seeking an EA who is comfortable working in a fast paced and very dynamic environment, who can cope with change and problem solve on their feet.
This role specially requires a fluent French speaker, a candidate who has also supported in a private capacity and can liaise with stakeholders in Europe. Our client has property in Europe, and you will be liaising with contractors and suppliers in regard to maintenance contracts, refurbishment projects and interior design. There will also be considerable family liaison as often the family are in different countries.
As a prospective candidate, you will be able to demonstrate strong regional knowledge, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of the political landscape of the region. You will be used to managing high profile relationships and be a strong ambassador for the organization.
A warm personality and the ability to adapt and show flexibility is also especially important.
