Job description / Role
A well-established and prestigious UAE business entity is seeking an Executive Assistant to work with the CEO and serve as the primary support to the CEO, who reports to the Board. This will involve assisting with a wide variety of responsible and confidential administrative duties ranging from: Finance, HR, board meeting packs, attending meetings, working with confidential information, diary and travel management, full inbox management and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be an advisory support to the CEO, with ability to deep dive and understand the business and have excellent project management skills.
The successful candidate must be able to juggle competing priorities and communicate and negotiate projects on behalf of all parties. You will be extremely well organised, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to develop and maintain partner and stakeholder relationships as this is pivotal to the success of the business. As stated, you will be an intermediary on extensive projects both internally and externally and be able to provide full updates and reports to the CEO.
Requirements:
As a senior member of the team, you will possess the maturity to directly communicate, on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, clients and other members of the team regarding the CEOs programmatic initiatives and report back to necessary team members of follow up actions required. You will draft and prioritize all communication, presentations and reports, liaising with other C-Suite individuals.
Our client is looking for a degree educated individual for the role with an exemplary EA background and previous experience at this strategic level. A stable CV is essential and experience within the family office / sovereign wealth sector is welcomed.
Candidates must be based / willing to move to Ras Al Khaimah
