Job description / Role
- Attend to the daily office requirement including correspondence with clients and other partners, manage the administration function of the company, and other day to day requirements of the office
- Plan MD's calendar, make and record appointments, and plan meetings
- Record office expenses including petty cash and make office budget
- Deal with banks and other Group companies
- Other business as required by the MD
Requirements
- High level English language skills written and spoken
- Experienced PC user with advanced Microsoft Office skills and typing skills
- University Graduate
- Some Accounting experience
- Preference for Arabic and French speakers
