Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an Investment Firm based in Abu Dhabi, who is looking to hire a professional Executive Assistant to support C-Level Executives.
The Executive Assistant will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to the C-Suite Executive. Responsibilities will include complex diary management, overseas travel arrangements, coordinating their itineraries, booking meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging internal, corporate events. This role will act as point of contact between the office and board directors, handle correspondence between employees and C-Level, answering queries where possible, including emails, putting together PowerPoint presentations and excel reports.
Working closely with C-Suite, this role may handle highly confidential information, therefore, the candidate must be a loyal and trustworthy individual. This position requires an Executive Assistant who comes from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines and also handling other administrative duties and support the office where required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must be Degree educated and will have experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting C-Level Executives. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role is required. Our client is looking for someone highly motivated and a result driven individual with excellent team working skills. It is essential to have proficient MS Office skills, outstanding communication skills in English and be highly presentable. The ideal candidate should have a can-do approach and be able to handle a high-pressure environment.
This role is for candidates with a UAE Family Book and ideally should be residing in Abu Dhabi already.
