Job description / Role
• To work closely with internal and external team members of DP to understand and document current process flows in order to map the end to end business processes.
• Streamline bottlenecks and eliminate redundancies in the business processes to maximize the value of the process
• Assist in developing and applying data for internal control evidence by understanding key process control points and using data to establish baseline performance
• Ensure the timely implementation of processes by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training where required
• Upload and maintain the approved policies/processes on portal and shared drive to ensure that the latest version is available.
• Periodically review the processes to identify risks, plug the gaps, implement quick fixes on process issues, update procedures and share best practices to actively participate in the improvement of overall operations.
• Provide support in executing various projects / initiative, which are based on the framework of Business Process Improvement of operational excellence.
• Effectively communicate the process improvements opportunities to affected internal and external team members
• Compile and prepare reports, presentations and other documents as instructed by the head of department.
• Prepare and Conduct the necessary process and methodologies awareness sessions as well as the Business Process Management training for internal staff
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate Degree in Business Excellence/Quality/Business Management discipline. MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
Minimum Experience (number of years): Min. 2 to 4 years’ experience.
• Detailed knowledge of process management methodologies (including process mapping).
• Structured Problem-Solving skills and experience: uses a systematic, disciplined and fact-based process that gets to root cause to solve problems, analyzed and improved processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio.
• Advanced Presentation Skills
The candidates must be on Spouse / father's sponsorship and the visa must be issued from Dubai.
