Charterhouse has been exclusively mandated by a leading global professional services organisation to recruit an Executive Business Partner for one of their C-level Executives.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity to work directly with a driven entrepreneur who needs someone with strong executive experience but can go beyond the typical EA duties, including involvement in key projects both internal and external, working strategically to align with the company’s vision and goals, and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives that drive overall business growth.
As an Executive Business Partner, key responsibilities include managing complex schedules, assisting with confidential growth projects, and planning intricate travel itineraries. The role will also liaise with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination, while offering expert-level administrative support for key projects.
Additionally, the role ensures timely and accurate execution through close collaboration with the leadership team and managers to learn preferences, dynamics, and priorities, as well as demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-changing environment and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same. A minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is required, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced settings, working independently, and prioritising tasks with close attention to detail.
The candidate must have a proven track record of contributing to strategic projects and demonstrate an ability to think critically and act with vision. The successful candidate will be Degree educated, possess outstanding written and verbal English skills, as well as being highly proficient in tools such as Word, Excel, Slack, etc.
