Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Chef for our new-built Grand Hyatt Kuwait. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's purpose and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. As the Executive Chef you will also be responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable.

Requirements

Qualifications:
The perfect match for this key position must be a candidate with a very seasoned professional experience in running volume and boutique operations alike. Ideally, you have worked in large, top-luxury hotels and are extremely creative, passionate, hands-on, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
