Once in a life-time opportunity for a fully qualified Executive Chef with exceptional knowledge and proven experience in creative menu design and delivery (including the application of cost, quality and delivery principles and tools).

Will suit an experienced Executive Chef who specializes in fine dining or high-end functions with knowledge of Australian cuisine, produce and ingredients. The Australian Pavilion will serve only 100% Halal menus. Candidate with well developed cultural awareness and an understanding of Middle East cooking and dining preferences will be highly regarded. Proven capabilities in understanding all aspects of ordering, preparing and cooking to this standard is mandatory.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability in responsibly managing kitchen costs (COGS & labor) as well as being able to positively respond to the needs of clients and customers. Advanced communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with management and the front of house team will guarantee success.
