What you will be doing:
- Lead of the kitchen brigade & stewarding section and ensure ongoing development of Team Members
- To be an entrepreneur in day to day operations to ensure maximum profit by creating and implementing new business models...i.e. developing a local clientele, out of box creative idea while driving top line revenue and ensuring cost measures are being implemented at all time.
- Create and implement new menus and individual menu items for outlets based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
- Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure hotel targets are achieved.
- Develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with Guests, Team Members, contractors, and suppliers
- Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team Members
- Manage department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, food cost and waste management
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
- Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Ensuring adequate resources are available according to business needs
- Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven record of accomplishment in managing and motivating people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preferable to have experience in the same role for 2 years in a cluster property in UAE.
- Locally available in Dubai and ready to join in one month's notice.
