Position Title: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:
A fast-growing F&B group in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Responsible for recipe creation and menu innovation.
• Plan and price menu items, orders supply, and keep records and accounts
• Responsible and accountable for the kitchen team and the relationship between the front and back of the venue
• Take ownership of all aspects of procurement for back of the house restaurant operations, kitchen recruitment, selection, and training for restaurant
• Ensure that the food prepared in the kitchen is of high quality and meets the standards set by the establishment

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience working in Japanese/Asian or Turkish Cuisine)
• Experience handling multiple restaurant outlets is an advantage
• Must have valid UAE driving license
